3. Kiểm soát chất lượng đầu vào

4. Kiểm soát chất lượng quy trình

6. OQC (Kiểm soát chất lượng đầu ra)
Sau khi kiểm tra mẫu sản phẩm để xác định sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn, cho phép lưu kho, nhưng khi sản phẩm hoàn thiện rời khỏi kho trước khi giao hàng chính thức, sẽ có một bước kiểm tra, gọi là kiểm tra trước khi giao hàng. Nội dung kiểm tra: Xác nhận tình trạng lưu kho và chuyển giao trong kho, đồng thời xác nhận việc giao hàng.
Kiểm tra hàng hóa là quá trình kiểm tra sản phẩm để xác định sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn.
