Merchandise Description :
ZLYJ gearbox collection are transmission devices, which are specially designed for one-screw extruder with higher precision, hard gear surface, accompany with thrust. Adopting the specialized requirements stipulated in JB/T9050.one-1999, all ZLYJ gearboxes are created appropriately.
Main Functions:
one. The content of equipment is the high toughness alloy steel, it is manufactured by carburizing, quenching (and other heat therapy), gringding approach at final. The equipment is in high precison ( 6 grade ) and large hardness ( reaches HRC54-62). Aside from, it characteristics lower sound when running.
two. It includes higher bearing ability thrust, which is carried out dependable and can endure greater axial thrust.
